Firestone is my go-to shop because the staff is awesome, they never mislead you, the prices are fair, and my car is always in perfect shape when they work on it. I'm a loyal customer here and they always have good coupons on services & great tires. Highly recommended if you wanr to keep your vehicle in top shape.

I’m genuinely impressed with the outstanding service I received! I had all four tires replaced with Firestone AS V2 tires, and not only was the installation smooth and professional, but I also received a fantastic discount on the purchase. A special thanks to Steven for providing exceptional customer service. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. To top it off, he even helped replace my engine air filter at no additional cost, which was a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated.

Stephen was very helpful with pointing out an issue with one of my tires that the mechanics at Toyota hadn’t mentioned. He provided me with a discounted tire that still works perfectly till this day. He provided great service without any problems, and I would easily work with him and Firestone again

Prior to the actual service, David (Dave?) was extremely helpful and answered all questions even ordering the four tires because I was essentially stuck in Boston overnight due to a flat tire. When I arrived things went well. When I picked up the car, the service person left the on with the keys in it. Had I not went outside to turn it off, it would have sat there for about ten minutes while I was waiting to check out. When I got in the car and drove off, all four tires were inflated to four different pressures and the dash alerts that the inside person said would go away are still on after driving 30 minutes home (cost about $100 to fix at dealer). Also, I was only offered one type of tire and realized upon checkout that there was a special that was not offered on tires I would have preferred since those were the ones originally on my car. Lastly, one of the wheel covers was damaged (will cost about $350 to replace). Consequently, I would not recommend this shop because it’s now costing an additional $500 to fix their errors.

I have our cars serviced in firestone stores (Boston, MA and Framingham, and shresbury, MA) for more than 20 years. The service engineers always delivered excellent services, and made suggestions on the service day, and future services needed. The front desk experts are always very nice. They are very honest! The alignment is lifetime. The parts are free if previously serviced there. The service delivery is always ahead of time. I will recommend to anyone needing auto service. I am very satisfied with Firestone auto service. DY
